Fracture Support Unit (F.S.U.)

Ingenieria Terra offers a complete service of Fracture Support Unit (F.S.U.), by a Flow back equipment up to 15.000 psi.

According to the necessity requested by each client, we offer the service of Fracture Support Unit (F.S.U.), which consists in provide assistance to the fracture operations and to assist the Coiled Tubing (CT). In both cases, by using a return equipment of 15.000 psi working pressure.

 
  • 2.1 Basic equipment for Fracture Support
  • During the different fracture stages we provide all the necessary equipment for the camp and to support the location. In many cases during the operations of Fracture, it is necessary to make a depressurization of the well head or carry out a flow back process to cleaning the well. So, to carry out this operations it is necessary to maintain a controlled return flow by doing a calibrated hole or by an adjustable choke. To be able to do this, we install a manifold of 15K psi connected to the BDP with high-pressure lines and we spread several lines of low pressure to the drainage tank. During this phase of the process, the staff of Ingenieria Terra is responsible to control the pressures of the well, according to the program and to maintain the return flows for the correct cleaning of the well and the depressurization of the well head.

     
  • 2.2 Rotation of Plugs and Flow back:
  • After having concluded the fracture phases, a Coiled Tubing is mounted to do the rotation of the plugs and to start with the cleaning of the well. During this phase of the process all the necessary equipment is mounted for the operation of the rotation of the plugs. To carry out this operation it is necessary to maintain a controlled return flow and start to separate the waste that come from the well as the result of the rotation of the plugs and the cleaning of the sand. Using a plug catcher, the residuals that are in the plugs are extracted from the flow, then with the Sand trap it separates the sand from the current of flow. By doing a calibrated hole or by an adjustable choke, the pressure of the well is controlled. For this process it is necessary to install a complete equipment of Flow back up to 15K psi that is connected to the BDP with high-pressure lines, and lines of low pressure that ends in a tank with a filter.

    During this phase of the process, the staff of Ingenieria Terra is responsible to control the pressures of the well, according to the program and to maintain the return flows for the correct cleaning of the well.

Alejandro Suriano: Service General Manager

Chemical engineer graduated at the National University of Comahue. More than 20 years of experience in Service and Operators companies', working at Bolland as Chief of Application Engineering, at Chevron - San Jorge as Senior Engineer in Corrosion and Integrity of Facilities. Then, at Geopark as Chief of Engineering of Integrity and Flow Assurance, Projects Engineer and Production Engineer. At the moment, he works at Ingenieria Terra as the Service General Manager.

 
Gabriel Antonio Losso: Technical Representative of the FSU / FPDO Service

More than 14 years of experience working in the industry of Well Testing, FPDO and Flow Back in the Services companies': SEEP AND ASSOCIATE SRL, WEATHERFORD INTERNATIONAL, ARGENTINEAN CAMERON, MSP DRILEX and at the moment, he is the Technical Representative of Ingenieria Terra.

 
Claudio Schutt: Head of Operations

More than 6 years of experience in the industry, working in Service companies' like Superior Energy Services, Tacker Tools and Halliburton.

 
Leandro Mura: Head of Engineering and New Services

Higher Technician in Computer Network Systems, graduated at the National University of Comahue. With 15 years of experience in operations of FLow Back, well testing and production services, working for the companies like Weatherford, Prodeng and Ingenieria Terra.
