The Trenchless Technologies, have been used for more than 20 years to rehabilitate pipes in the big cities around the world, minimizing the environmental and social impact. Recently those technologies began to be applied in oil and mining pipes, and on industrial services, to rehabilitate them and/or to prevent the advance of the interior corrosion.
The Trenchless Technologies (TT), technology without any excavation, they represent a group of procedures whose objective is to build, to replace or to repair each kinds of pipes: sewer systems, aqueducts, electricity grids, communications or natural gas pipelines, among others. The improvement of this technology reduces in an ostensible way the construction costs and it diminishes in a significant way its times and movements.
Ingenieria Terra has its Central Base in Cipolletti, apart from Añelo and Catriel. It has diverse methods to rehabilitate existent ducts with a minimum of environmental impact. It has the "know how of Liner & Coating do Brazil" and the big experience because it has already installed more than 530 km of liner in all kind of pipes.
These are solutions specifically designed for each requirement, that allow to economize a lot of cost regarding the replacement of the existent ducts. These technologies have been created to minimize the environmental impact, duplicating the useful life of the ducts.
It allows to rehabilitate tracts of up to 1000 meters, with one little well over the head of each extreme (in and out). These methods can rehabilitate all kind of ducts and services: urban, oil tankers, mining and load jetties. The liner of selected polymers, is applied inside pipes been the more common materials: the steel, the cast iron and the reinforced concrete.
To fulfill this commitment, Ingenieria Terra has the following certifications (Integrated Administration System): ISO 9001: 2008 Quality; OHSAS 18001: 2007 Safety and Occupational Health and the ISO 14001: 2004 Environment.
Our most recent development is the installation of Liner in conduits of ERGF (Epoxy Resin Glass Fiber), preventing the degradation, extending its useful life and avoiding potential spills.
